Our Story

Henry Bowman and Juvenal Garcia formed Bowman and Ebersole Building Repair Co. in 1991. Prioritizing business practices based on Godly principles, the company became well known locally for outstanding expertise and integrity.

Throughout the years, they built a solid customer base as a well known local business in Lancaster, PA, relying entirely on word of mouth, quality of work, and outstanding business practices which generated many referrals and recognitions over the years. No websites, marketing or standard industry practices were involved.

By 2000, the company grew their operations and moved to an office space with 3 work garages located adjacent to their home in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

After all these years, Bowman and Ebersole Building Repair is still family owned. Henry Bowman and Juvenal Garcia retired in 2025 and are both still involved in the business on a part-time basis. Henry’s son, David Bowman, is now Owner and President.

In 2025 David Bowman assumed the business with a new operating name called “Mosaic Roofing & Exteriors”. It is his goal to continue the standards and morals set out by his father. It was a shared belief that the small parts are important to making the whole.

Henry and David Bowman both believe the word “Mosaic” reflects those beliefs that the small details matter, just like each tile in a mosaic contributes to making the whole.
